Ellie provides a safe environment that builds trust and instills hope amidst the unique challenges you are facing in this season of your life. Using a compassionate approach, Ellie will help you identify and use your strengths, recognize the root causes of your problem areas, and reframe your thoughts so that you can reach your goals. 

Ellie received her Master’s in Social Work from the University of Texas at Arlington and has worked with a diverse population of clients including victims of crime, at-risk youth, child victims of sexual abuse, older adults with kidney disease and neurological issues, and adults dealing with anxiety, depression, and grief. Ellie guides and assists clients using person-centered, cognitive-behavioral, narrative, and brief solution-focused therapies. Ellie believes that every person has inherent dignity and worth and is committed to culturally sensitive practices.
