Having worked in community mental health over the last 7 years I have a depth of experience working with people from all walks of life. I have helped individuals navigate a variety of life challenges including trauma, grief, life transitions, gender and sexuality exploration, substance use, financial struggles, anxiety, and depression. I have a strong commitment to social justice, harm reduction, and person-centered, trauma-informed care. My practice pulls from a relational perspective and I have received training in CBT and DBT techniques. I believe everyone is the expert in their own lives so my sessions are always molded to fit your individual goals and needs.

I was drawn to become a therapist as a queer, transgender person with a desire to see people like me represented in the profession. It is an honor to support people on their journeys to living their most authentic and fulfilling lives in a world that has not always been safe or accepting of many of our identities and experiences. I look forward to getting to know you and providing support on your path to becoming your best self!
