Sharon Coughlan, LCSW
Sharon has worked with clients of all ages and with a wide range of emotional and behavioral concerns. She is focused on providing a supportive environment where clients can slow down and reflect, and where change can begin to happen. Sharon is dedicated to helping clients through challenges ranging from depression, to anxiety and life transitions. At Moonstone, Sharon is dedicated to working with older adults and accepts Medicare (Part B).
Sharon received her Masters of Science in Social Work from UT Austin in 2015 where she developed an interest in working with aging populations and gained experience with older adults in community-based living centers. After becoming a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW), she also focused on trauma in children and families. Sharon has a special interest in incorporating mindfulness into her work.
Sharon has a bilingual level of Spanish and provides services to our Spanish-speaking clients.
