Tara (She/Her) is a therapist who holds space for growth and healing through a warm, relational framework.

She utilizes a strengths-based, solution-focused perspective that meets the client where they are at, with openness and curiosity.

Tara earned her Master’s of Social Work from the University of South Carolina and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from the University of Washington. She has worked with individuals of all ages, to include adults dealing with grief, loss, anxiety and depression; as well as children and adolescents experiencing trauma, anxiety, and depression. Tara is currently pursuing national certification for Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

In her free time, she enjoys exploring nature, taking dance lessons, and writing.
